  1. To respond to enquiries or requests for information received through the contact details made available on the website.
  2. To manage, where applicable, communications relating to a possible interest in the Circle.
  3. To comply with applicable legal obligations.

The data will not be used for purposes other than those indicated. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out with the data provided.

3. Legal basis for the processing

The legal basis for the processing of the data is:

  1. The consent of the data subject, given by voluntarily contacting Azur through the means made available on the website.
  2. The management of the pre-contractual relationship, where the request relates to a possible interest in membership.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

The foregoing is without prejudice to access to data by technology providers acting as data processors, including, where applicable, web hosting, technical maintenance, forms, email or other services necessary for the operation of the website, with whom the relevant contracts will be entered into in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

6. Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise the following rights at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making.

Where processing is based on consent, the data subject may withdraw it at any time through [email protected], without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, the data subject may send a written request to [email protected] or by post to the registered office indicated above.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that their rights have been infringed.

7. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, protecting personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

8. International data transfers

The technical provision of the website may involve the processing of certain connection and browsing data — such as the IP address, technical information about the device, or logs required for the security, availability and proper functioning of the website — by technology providers acting as processors or sub-processors.

In particular, the hosting, distribution and security of the website may involve the processing of such data by providers located, or with infrastructure located, outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, Azur will adopt the safeguards required under the applicable legislation, including, where appropriate, European Commission adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms under the General Data Protection Regulation.
